Ciara is a solicitor in Private Client and Property and Real Estate departments. Ciara advises principally on private client matters including the preparation of Wills, Administration of Estates and the full Probate process, drafting of Trusts, Voluntary dispositions, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorneys.

Ciara’s has also over the past 15 years worked with a wide range of clients to include private individuals, statutory and corporate bodies, property developers and insolvency practitioners in the disposal and acquisition of both residential and commercial properties. This work has included a variety of property types to include sites, housing estates, mixed use developments, hotels and restaurants.

Ciara has also represented both landlords and tenants in drafting, negotiation and reviewing of commercial Leases and Licence Agreements. Ciara also has extensive experience in licensing laws and has advised clients in relation to licensing applications at both District and Circuit Court level. Ciara’s experience includes applications for new licence, transfer of licence, off-licences, restaurant certificate, club and lottery applications.
